work

I am a health and policy research communications professional. My specialty is media relations, and I have subject area expertise in sexual and reproductive health and justice with a longtime focus on Texas.

I currently serve as the Communications Director for Resound Research for Reproductive Health, a research team that generates high-impact research on sexual and reproductive health policies and services in Texas and neighboring states. I also freelance creating, developing and launching digital materials.

I received my PhD from UT Austin in Media Studies, with a focus on the use of online platforms for social justice and digital access.
